We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team at our headquarters in Ra'anana, Israel. The primary responsibilities of the QA Engineer include:

• Creating, documenting, setting up and executing detailed test plans for Insightix products
• Documentation and verification of product-related issues
• Interacting with Insightix engineering and operations staff
• Interacting with Insightix vendors and partners
• Assisting in pre-sale, training and support for Insightix customers, including onsite visits

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years experience in defining test requirements, writing test documents (TRD, STP, STD) and performing manual test procedures
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and processes
• Good knowledge of network protocols, especially the TCP/IP suite
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix basic command-line operations and system administration
• Excellent analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills
• IT background - major advantage

Optional:

• Experience with installation and usage of computing equipment in a datacenter environment
• Experience with the configuration, deployment and usage of networking equipment (including routers and switches)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, including basic troubleshooting, system administration and server setup
• Familiarity with virtualization environment (VMware based)
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as shell or Perl
